How Can I Get Service?

If you have been connected with Moreau-Grand Electric previously, any old balance you might have will need to be paid in full. Once that is completed please contact or visit one of our offices to complete the following:

Name Changes of Existing Locations:

  • You will need to complete an application for service.

  • You will need to have a photo I.D. with you.

  • You will need to know the location of where you are connecting the service. Preferably the name of the last member paying for the meter.

  • If you are getting an assigned home or apartment, please bring an assignment letter/rental agreement with you.

  • You will need to pay a connect fee and a deposit.

Your application will then be processed and your service will be connected, or transferred at the soonest possible date.
